It’s not about pushing through, pretending your symptoms aren’t real or “thinking your migraine away” (if only it were that simple)
It’s about understanding sensitisation and learning how to soothe a reactive nervous system so your brain no longer needs to keep sounding the migraine alarm.

Why I created this training:
Pain Reprocessing Therapy was the missing piece in my recovery. Medications and lifestyle changes only took me so far.
I was still stuck in the chronic migraine cycle and constantly felt like one wrong move could set my head off. I knew I was stuck in the fear pain cycle but didn’t know how to break it.
Pain Reprocessing Therapy gave me the tools to do exactly that.

- I broke free from 7 years of daily head pain.
- I got my life back - exercise, travel, work and finally could trust my body again.
Since then, I’ve trained and become a certified coach in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.
I have spent the last few years refining how this work can be applied specifically to migraine.
