Because your life is too big to revolve around migraine.
Get the education, tools and support you should've had from day one.
I know right now you are...
• At your absolute wits' end going back and forth to doctors who offer no real answers and just give you another prescription to try.
• Going to scream if one more person suggests getting some fresh air or drinking more water! You are exhausted from carrying the weight of migraine on your own.
• Walking on eggshells every single day feeling constantly on edge as you analyse every potential trigger - did I sleep funny? Was it the weather? That coffee?
• Struggling through your work days trying to hide the fact that your laptop screen makes you want to gauge your eyes out. You are desperately clinging onto your career but every sick day feels like it is slipping away from you.
• Heartbroken having to constantly miss out and let people down. Cancelled plans with friends, rearranged family dinners - every invitation now brings that dreaded anxiety, every social event another calculation of risk vs reward.
I know, because this used to be me.

My Story
When chronic migraine took over
In 2015 my life got flipped upside down by chronic migraine. I had head pain all day every day and experienced debilitating migraine attacks 20+ days of the month.
The constant pressure inside my head never left. During attacks, the pain intensified to throbbing in my temples, with every step feeling like my head would split in two.
My dreams of working in the city as an ambitious graduate were shattered when I was forced to give up my job. I spent nearly all my time confined to bed, unable to exercise, socialise, or do any of the things I loved. Goodbye tennis at the weekends. Hello, bedroom prison.
Life got smaller and migraine grew bigger
Even the smallest sliver of sunlight through my curtains burned my eyes. Everyday kitchen sounds became so overwhelming that I ate most meals alone in bed wearing earplugs.
The unpredictability was exhausting – never knowing if I could keep plans with friends or be present for family gatherings. I hated missing out and letting people down, but when I did push through, I'd often pay the price later. During family days with my nieces and nephews, I was forced to retreat to quiet rooms while they played, grieving the "fun Aunty Amy" I couldn't be.
The frustration of trying to find a preventative medication
Just like you, I went back and forth to doctors trying different medications. Even after seeing headache specialists, I was infuriated that nobody could give me clear answers on why this had happened or how long it would take for me to get better. It felt like I had lost everything I thought my life would look like overnight and that my only option ahead was that I just needed to find a preventative medication that worked for me. Tell me something I don't know!!
The root cause rabbit hole
Frustrated by my lack of progress with western medicine, I explored alternative options - maybe I was missing an underlying root cause?
So I tried everything:
• Chiropractors, osteopaths, physios
• Special pillows and neck traction devices
• Food sensitivity testing
• Anti-inflammatory diets
• Avoiding all triggers
The harder I searched for a 'root cause,' the worse my attacks became.
I wasted so much time and money on treatments that didn't work.
Fear consumed me – would I be stuck like this forever? I grieved my old life and the future I had planned. It was torture knowing I was capable of so much while trapped in a body that wouldn't cooperate.
What finally changed
Everything changed when I dropped the root cause search and finally understood migraine for what it truly is - a neurological disorder.
I dedicated years to learning everything I could about migraine - diving deep into medical research, clinical trials and evidence-based approaches. What made my research truly unique was the incredible insights I gained from speaking to people with migraine every single day. Through The Migraine Life community, I had access to real experiences from people all over the world - what worked, what didn't, and why.
The two things that led me to remission
This powerful combination of science and real-world insights led me to discover the two keys to migraine relief:
1. Raising your migraine threshold
2. Retraining your brain
This combination of physical and mental strategies ultimately led me to remission from chronic migraine. It didn't happen overnight but this comprehensive approach took my recovery far beyond what medication alone could achieve.
I’m not just managing migraine anymore - I'm thriving
I'm in remission from chronic migraine and have even been able to come off my preventative medications. Most mornings I wake up with a crystal clear head! My life is no longer dictated by migraine and I can work, exercise, socialise and travel again.
Why I created the program
As I watched countless others struggle with the same frustrations I had faced, I knew I had to share what I'd discovered. I distilled my years of research, personal experience and insights from thousands of migraine sufferers into The Migraine Life Method – the comprehensive framework that now forms the backbone of Managing Migraine: Survive to Thrive.
Now I want to help speed up your journey to migraine relief. I've put everything I've learned into one place so you don't have to spend years figuring it all out like I did.
“Thanks for creating this course and sharing your knowledge-it feels like the missing component that western medicine doesn't provide.”
“Hi Amy, thank you so much for your course. It is making me feel much less alone in what I'm feeling.”
“I am actually a medical doctor and have had migraine for ages… I do have to say that the way you explain it is really amazing. I wish you had lectured my group at med school.”
Hi 👋 I'm Amy, founder of The Migraine Life
I'm a migraine advocate, educator and content creator who has transformed my own struggle with chronic migraine into a mission to help others.
Through years of advocacy work, I have become a trusted voice in the migraine community. I help bridge the gap between traditional medical approaches and brain training techniques. What makes my perspective unique is that I don't take an "all-or-nothing" approach - I'm not solely focused on medication and treatments, nor am I exclusively about brain training or holistic approaches. Instead, I combine what actually works based on science and real-world results, cutting through all the noise and overpromises of magical cures.
I want to teach you everything I know to help you manage your migraine and speed up your journey to better head days.
Imagine how it would feel if...
• Waking up with a crystal clear head was your norm - no more immediately scanning your body for trouble brewing, just enjoying your morning cup of tea in bed.
• You had a complete toolkit beyond just medication - understanding exactly how to work with your brain instead of against it, knowing how to handle any migraine situation that arises, and feeling truly empowered in your recovery instead of helpless and at the mercy of your next attack.
• Your colleagues knew you as the fun one who’s amazing at their job instead of the one who’s always off sick and they have to cover for. You confidently lead meetings under bright office lights, take on exciting new projects and finally go for that promotion you’ve been putting off.
• You felt excited about upcoming plans, that wedding in the summer, dinner with a friend at the weekend. You’re planning your outfit and choosing what you’re going to eat from the menu - no backup plan needed!
• You were able to be fully present and enjoy time with the people you love. Hello Sunday lunches with your family, beach days in the summer, going to see your favourite band in concert and spontaneous weekend adventures!
All of this is possible when you understand your migraine properly and have the right tools and support in place.
Here is what that’s looked like for students inside…

How are you going to find migraine relief?
Meet The Migraine Life Method
Migraine relief isn’t just about meds, it’s about understanding your migraine properly and having the physical and mental tools to navigate it in every part of your life.
This method brings together everything I wish I'd had when I was stuck in chronic migraine: the science, the strategies, the lived experience and the practical application. It’s not just what to do, but how to actually do it -when you're flaring, when you're trying to exercise again, when you're scared to make plans, or desperate to just feel normal again.
This is the comprehensive support I spent years searching for and now it’s all in one place.

Migraine is so poorly understood even by most doctors. In this stage, we will separate fact from fiction and you will learn exactly what migraine is as a neurological disease, what happens during a migraine attack, which other headache conditions you should be aware of and how migraine triggers actually work.

Here you will get clarity on what your preventative and acute treatment options are, exploring both medication and drug-free alternatives. Learn how to navigate your medical appointments so that you make the most out of the time you have with your doctor and can access the treatments you want to try.

You will learn exactly how to manage migraine outside of the prescription from your doctor. Here we focus on raising your migraine threshold, nailing the lifestyle basics and building you a migraine toolkit that improves your ability to function.

In this stage, I teach you how to talk about migraine in your life so that you can stop downplaying your migraine and pushing through and instead have the confidence to ask for what you need and have the people in your life take migraine seriously. Learn how to ask for accommodations with ease with; friends, family, relationships, at school and at work.

Mindset is so often an afterthought when it comes to migraine. You will learn exactly why your thoughts and beliefs are so powerful when it comes to managing migraine and how to break free from the dreaded fear pain cycle.
I will teach you the exact tools and techniques I used to recover from chronic migraine so that you too can retrain your brain and transform your pain and symptoms.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own. This is not a prescription and being sent on your way for 6 months. I will be there to support you as you work your way through the course. There is a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and connect with other members who understand what you are going through. Share your struggles, celebrate your wins and lean on us for support during your flares.
“I never would have known about mindset work before finding Amy's course. I started pain reprocessing therapy and it's helped me get so much of my life back. I feel so much less fear about the pain and symptoms."
“It isn't just the positivity threaded throughout the course. It's the facts and research used to back up that hopefulness. There are answers for you—even if there isn't a cure for migraine. You will learn something you didn't know in each module no matter how long or short you've lived with migraine.”
"This course firstly taught me ways in which I could help it- like toolkits and eating regularly and being prepared etc. and most importantly taught me that I need to advocate for myself, push to be heard in doctor/hospital settings. Which I did. And it opened the door to different medical treatment options for me. Some did not help and some did. But I honestly believe now that my mindset kept me stuck in the pain cycle. I now believe that I won't get triggered by things, I'm safe, my meds help, etc, and I tell my brain that it's all good! So I truly believe it is a combination of all of these things. My life is totally transformed!"

Course Curriculum:

Something I need you to hear…
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
And right now, you're already paying the price for migraine...
• In cancelled plans
• In missed work
• In those moments you pull back. Not because you want to, but because you have to.
It’s not just the big events. It’s the everyday time with your partner. The Sunday plans with family you are forced to cancel. The quiet resentment that builds when you feel like you’re always letting someone down or letting yourself down.
I’ve been there and I want you to know, it doesn’t have to stay like this.
No, it’s not going to change overnight but you just need to start.
You need to take that bit of hope you’re holding and use it.
Use it to learn, to make changes and to expand the way you’re managing migraine so you’re not doing this alone, in the dark, guessing anymore.
This program gives you real support, a clear strategy and someone who actually gets it.

10% of all profits will be donated to migraine charities and research 💜🧠
FAQs
Is this right for me if I have episodic migraine?
Yes! Now is the perfect time to get on top of your migraine - many of our chronic students say they wish they could have done the course when their attacks were still episodic. The earlier you get on top of your migraine, the better!
What if I have vestibular, menstrual, or another type of migraine?
No matter the type, the underlying condition is the same. This course teaches you how to treat migraine as a neurological disorder, which is why the method works across the board.
What is the time commitment for the program?
The course is intentionally self-paced to work around your life. I recommend about an hour a week to move through the lessons and get the most out of the group. There are 7 core modules with 25+ lessons, totalling about 8 hours of training. Most students work through the course content in 4-8 weeks and then continue to engage with the Facebook group for ongoing support.
What if I have a migraine attack and can’t attend?
The course is self-paced and pre-recorded to make it as accessible as possible. You don’t have to show up at set times.
I’m not in the UK, can I still join?
Yes! We have students from all over the world.
Will it cure my migraine?
Migraine can’t be cured (yet), but it can be managed effectively. Inside the program, you’ll learn how to find relief, reduce attacks, and actually feel in control of your life again.
Here’s what students have experienced
✓ Fewer migraine attack days
✓ More energy to do things they love
✓ Confidence travelling, exercising, even driving again
✓ Going back to work and pursuing dream careers
✓ Better results at doctor’s appointments
✓ Renewed hope after years of feeling defeated
✓ Full remission from chronic migraine
Who is this program not for?
Anyone looking for a “quick fix” or “cure”.
Is there any additional support? Where can I ask questions?
Yes! There is a private Facebook group for ongoing personalised support. You can ask me any questions inside the Facebook group and also connect with other students who are doing the course.
How long do I have access to the course materials?
You have lifetime access to all course materials. This means you can work through the content at your own pace without any time pressure. There's no rush to "complete" the course by a certain deadline, and you can revisit modules and resources whenever you need them.
Lifetime access means you'll have complete access to all course materials and updates for as long as the Managing Migraine: Survive to Thrive program continues to exist as a product.
Do you have payment plans available?

Don't just take my word for it...

"I really wish I'd known the basics when I had episodic migraine and could have avoided going into chronic but I had no knowledge back then."

Still wondering if Managing Migraine: Survive to Thrive is for you?
I know you've tried so many things already. I know you're exhausted from putting your hope, time and energy into solutions that haven't given you the relief you're desperate for. Trust me, I've been exactly where you are.
But here's what I want you to know.
I have students who lived with migraine for 20+ years before finding the course - and they still discovered pieces of the puzzle they were missing. Students whose doctors told them there was nothing left to try who are now finding real relief and getting back to living their lives.
This isn't about trying another quick fix or miracle cure. This is about understanding your migraine properly and discovering the crucial pieces you might not even know you're missing.
You deserve more than to just make it from one migraine attack to the next. You deserve more than just waiting on a medication that finally works. You deserve to live a full and happy life where migraine isn’t front and centre.
It's not just fewer attacks. It's getting your life back!
