These terms apply to all digital products offered by The Migraine Life Ltd, including online courses and trainings (“digital products”).

The digital products are offered by THE MIGRAINE LIFE LTD (“the Creator”). These terms of use govern your access to and use of these digital products. By purchasing or accessing any digital product, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the digital products. These terms of use may be amended from time to time, and the revised version will be effective when displayed here. 

Licence

The content, images and materials included in the digital products are either owned by the Creator or licensed for use by a third party. The Creator is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the digital products and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by intellectual property rights laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may use this website, print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal and domestic use. The status of the Creator as the author of content on the site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes, or for any other purpose outside personal and domestic use without obtaining a licence to do so from the Creator. 

"Lifetime access” means you will have access to the digital products and any included updates for as long as that product remains available.

Usage terms

These digital products are designed for personal and domestic use. Support, where included, will be outlined on the relevant sales page. The use of this website other than for domestic or private use (for any use other than by the patient, or their carer) is outside of the clinical safety case that governs its use. Examples of this would be, but not excluded to, use by a third-party call handler or use within a care setting. 

The Creator reserves the right to update, modify or remove content within the digital products at any time.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the digital products or the platform on which they are hosted. We accept no responsibility for any damage arising from the unavailability of this website or the information it contains. 

If the website contains links to other sites, we are not responsible for the content of any third party website and a link to another site in no way constitutes the Creator’s endorsement of the contents therein.

If you submit personal information to us through this website, it will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. 

Features, content and level of support may vary between products and will be outlined on the relevant sales page.

Some products (PRT for migraine) do not include personalised support, coaching, or community access unless explicitly stated at the point of purchase.

Other products may include access to community spaces or additional support, which will be described on the relevant sales page. The Creator does not guarantee any specific level of interaction or response time within these spaces.

Testimonial Release

You acknowledge and agree that the creator may use a testimonial you provide about the digital products for any purpose, even commercial. You agree that your testimonial may be used in Creator’s website, marketing materials, social media platforms or any other platform owned by the Creator. This includes wins and testimonials inside the Managing Migraine: Survive to Thrive Facebook group. 

Payment & Refund Policy

You acknowledge and agree that upon completion of this agreement, the student agrees to pay the creator the full purchase price of the digital product.

If the student selects a payment plan option, the student agrees to pay according to the payment plan until the full purchase price has been paid.

In the event that a payment fails within a payment plan, Teachable will notify the student via email. Payment will be attempted to be taken again on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after the initial authorisation request. If you do not authorize your payment within this time, then you will be automatically unenrolled from the course.

Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds of any kind.

If you purchase our digital products, you will be sent a link for instant access to watch. At the point of purchase, you will be asked to confirm your consent to receiving access immediately. When you agree to access the digital product instantly at the point of purchase you will lose your 14-day right to cancel as laid out by govuk.

The Creator aims to ensure that the information published on the digital product is accurate and consistent with current knowledge, experience and practice.

The digital products are based on the Creator’s personal experience, training and perspective. Neither the Creator nor any of its owners, officers or representatives is a medical professional and the content does not constitute medical advice. Individual cases may require specific advice that cannot be addressed through the digital product.

Accordingly, the guidance and coaching is provided for information and educational purposes only. It is not intended to replace a consultation with an appropriately qualified health professional. You should not ignore any professional medical advice on the basis of these digital products. We cannot guarantee that information provided by us through this website will meet your health or medical requirements. 

Results will vary between individuals and depend on many factors including consistency, individual circumstances and application of the material.

We only provide this website for domestic and private use. You agree not to use this website for any commercial or business purposes, or for any other purpose outside personal and domestic use. 

Any minor wishing to access these digital products must do so under the supervision of their parent/guardian.

You acknowledge and agree that the Creator will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage (whether direct or indirect and including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity) arising out of, or relating to the misuse of (including use outside that permitted by these terms), or inappropriate reliance on the contents or advice contained within the digital product, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law. 

You acknowledge and agree, that the Creator will not be responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity (whether direct or indirect) arising out of, or relating to your use of, or reliance on the contents or advice contained within the digital products, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law. 

These terms of use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England, and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England in respect of any disputes which may arise in relation to our website.
