This online course is offered by THE MIGRAINE LIFE LTD (“the Creator”). These terms of use govern any students’ use of this course. These terms of use may be amended from time to time, and the revised version will be effective when displayed here. 

You may access and use the course if you agree to be legally bound by the terms set out here. If you do not agree to be legally bound by these terms please do not access or use it. In the event of breach of these terms and conditions, your rights of use shall cease immediately. 



Licence

The content, images and materials included in the course are either owned by the Creator or licensed for use by a third party. The Creator is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the coaching course, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by intellectual property rights laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may use this website, print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal and domestic use. The status of the Creator as the author of content on the site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes, or for any other purpose outside personal and domestic use without obtaining a licence to do so from the Creator. 



Usage terms

The course is designed and intended for use by individuals for their own personal and domestic use without any additional support. The use of this website other than for domestic or private use (for any use other than by the patient, or their carer) is outside of the clinical safety case that governs its use. Examples of this would be, but not excluded to, use by a third-party call handler or use within a care setting. 

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, or the sites to which it links. We accept no responsibility for any damage arising from the unavailability of this website or the information it contains. 

If the website contains links to other sites, we are not responsible for the content of any third party website and a link to another site in no way constitutes the Creator’s endorsement of the contents therein.

If you submit personal information to us through this website, it will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. 


Testimonial Release

You acknowledge and agree that the creator may use a testimonial you provide about the course for any purpose, even commercial. You agree that your testimonial may be used in Creator’s website, marketing materials, social media platforms or any other platform owned by the Creator. This includes wins and testimonials inside the Managing Migraine: Survive to Thrive Facebook group. 


Payment & Refund Policy

You acknowledge and agree that upon completion of this agreement, the student agrees to pay the creator the full purchase price of the course.

If the student selects a payment plan option, the student agrees to pay according to the payment plan until the full purchase price has been paid.

In the event that a payment fails within a payment plan, Teachable will notify the student via email. Payment will be attempted to be taken again on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after the initial authorisation request. If you do not authorize your payment within this time, then you will be automatically unenrolled from the course.


Due to the digital nature of this online course, we do not offer a refund of any kind.

If you purchase our online course, you will be sent a link for instant access to watch. At the point of purchase, you will be asked to confirm your consent to receiving access immediately. When you agree to access the course instantly at the point of purchase you will lose your 14-day right to cancel as laid out by govuk.

These terms of use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England, and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England in respect of any disputes which may arise in relation to our website.
